Gordon did a wonderful job for us. It was not a great day to go car shopping. He cleaned the cars for us to look at and sit in. He even moved my car out of the way for the snow plow. He went above and beyond. He answered all of my husbands questions. I would definitely recommend him. I love my SUV!

The mechanic couldn’t duplicate the problem (s) and couldn’t find the issues. The turn signal problem happened a couple of hours after I left the dealership . Did they check the trailer wiring harness connections? Would have liked to talk to the mechanic.

My truck was scheduled for 8AM dropped it off and went home. Bethany called around 11AM and said they were backed up and apologized for the delay but promised it would be ready by 3PM. She explained in detail why the delay but was very professional in the way she presented it. She and Melissa are always very caring about the people they see on a regular basis. Top notch Service department is the main reason I continue dealing at Solomon.

Excellent experience and very professional from start to finish

I recently bought a new Chevy truck. I had three requirements in terms of options, including Adaptive Cruise Control. The salesman explained how to turn on the ACC at delivery. On the way home, I tried to use ACC as soon as I got to the interstate. No joy. I called the salesman as soon as I got home. He texted me a screenshot of of a page describing how to use the ACC. Still nothing, so first thing the next morning I went back down. Roger and Gordon couldn’t say for sure if it had ACC, so we took it for a ride and the truck did not have it. My salesperson was off, so they told me to come back the next day, which I did. I was told that I owned the truck and there was nothing they could do. I ended up trading on another truck with ACC. I was given a good deal on the “new” truck, but still lost thousands. I feel that I did nothing wrong and still had to help pay for the dealership’s mistake. It was honest mistake, but I didn’t make it and shouldn’t have been ask help pay

I had a problem with my sunroof not closing and it was getting ready to rain so I stopped in hoping someone could help me and I was so happy when they took me right in with no appointment and fixed it! I was thrilled! Excellent service!

I needed a new car and my nephew said he could help me. He works for the Solomon group at the Jeep dealer. I met him at their GMC/Chevrolet dealer. He helped me decide on a Buick. Everyone was so nice and helpful. Set everything up for me and showed me all the new features. That day I drove away with my new 2026 Buick Envista!

The store is very clean. The waiting area is quiet and neat. I drove a further distance for service, back to where I purchased the vehicle, because my local Chevy dealership was chaotic due to a high customer traffic area.

Dealing with MELISSA, one of the service managers is Always Professional, Courteous and Cheerful in her dealing with myself and other customers that were in fir Service whenever I have Service proformed on my 2024 GMC 1500 SIERRA SLT .

My truck’s check engine light came on and returned a P1098 code. Solomon’s got me in quickly, diagnosed the problem, received the part and installed it as soon as the could.

Truck Needed repaired as soon as I drove off the lot. Code causing engine light repaired after I had to drive it home for the weekend and then drive it back Monday. Code in truck computer history that is a known GM problem was ignored...now truck is back in for service. Owned the truck for a week and haven't been able to use it yet. For the first service appt I had to complain before I got a loaner vehicle (I have the carbroavo certified warranty). Next time I called for service they said they didn't have a loaner to give me. I went to another dealer and got in sooner with a loaner. Figured the dealer I bought from would try to make it right for a customer but I guess I assumed wrong.

It was a smooth very exciting and Roger and Johnathan were extremely confident we could get it done and the leasing price was great for my budget

Every time I bring my vehicle to get fixed the person who's in charge of fixing it calls off the next day. I never get it back when I'm supposed to and nine-chances out of 10 the issue is never fixed the first time. I bought this vehicle here. It's basically still brand new doesn't even have 36,000 miles yet not even two years old and it's been in the shop with you guys more than I can count.
